Cancellation Policy

At RegalDeskDeco, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation:

• Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we send your order to print, and we are unable to accept cancellations.

How to Cancel Your Order: To cancel your order, please email our customer service team at support@regaldeskdeco.com or via contact us with your order number and a request for cancellation. We will process your request and confirm the cancellation via email.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions:

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Custom orders that have begun the production process are not eligible for cancellation.
