At RegalDeskDeco, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters production and we are unable to accept cancellations. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please email our customer service team at support@regaldeskdeco.com, or use our contact page, with your order number and a request for cancellation. We will process your request and confirm the cancellation via email.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment within up to 14 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

• Orders placed more than 3 hours earlier, or that have already entered production, cannot be cancelled.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
