General Policy

All sales are considered final, with the following exceptions. We value your satisfaction and will evaluate each case individually to find the best resolution.

Eligible for Full Refund or Replacement

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you received a product that differs from your order, we’ll either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Size Discrepancy: If the product size does not match what you selected, we’ll issue a full refund or provide a replacement once verified.

Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Typographical Errors: Minor text or design mistakes that don’t affect functionality may qualify for a partial refund.
  • Print or Color Variations: Slight imperfections in printing or minor color inconsistencies may result in a partial refund if the product remains functional.
  • Misaligned Design Elements: Design misplacements that do not impact usability may qualify for a partial refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design due to customer error.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personalization errors provided by the customer, unless accompanied by a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, before they enter production. After that window we’re unable to cancel. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you encounter an issue, please contact us at support@regaldeskdeco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos to help us assess the problem.

We’ll respond promptly to review your case and work toward a resolution.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within up to 14 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
