Uploading & customization
Head to Design Your Own and use the upload area to add your image, then pick your size and edge. You can also start from one of our designs and tweak it.
Yes — basic design help (placement, sizing, background fill) is included at no extra cost. We send a digital proof by email before anything is printed.
Send the highest-resolution file you have — a minimum of 200 KB, though 500 KB or larger is strongly recommended for a crisp print. Vector files (SVG/PDF) are ideal for logos and text.
Always. We email a design preview and won’t send anything to print until you approve it.
Products & sizing
Stitched edges add durability by preventing fraying over time; seamless edges give a cleaner, more minimalist finish. Both use the same 3 mm waterproof surface and non-slip rubber base.
We offer six sizes, from Small up to Colossal. Check the full for exact dimensions in both centimetres and inches.
Because every mat is made to order, dimensions can vary by up to about 1 in (3 cm).
Wipe the waterproof surface with a damp cloth, or machine-wash cold and air dry. The stitched edge and rubber base hold up fine.
Ordering, shipping & returns
Production takes about 3 business days (custom orders can take a little longer). After dispatch, standard delivery is 10–20 business days and express is 4–7. Full detail on the Shipping Policy page.
Almost everywhere. Shipping is free on orders over $75; standard rates below that are calculated at checkout by destination.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, before they go into production. See our Cancellation Policy.
