Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, with an additional 2-3 days for custom desk mats. Once processed, orders will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Fast Shipping: 7-12 business days (available only to select locations)
  • Express Shipping: 4-7 business days (available only to select locations)

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $65 to the USA, UK, France, Germany, and Australia.
  • Standard Shipping: Rates vary based on location and product size for all other regions.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all shipping options. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Please note that tracking details are updated when your package arrives at your country’s facility and may take 5-7 additional days to reach you after arrival.

Important Shipping Information

  • For a successful delivery, please ensure your email and mobile number are correctly entered at checkout. Delivery issues due to incomplete contact information cannot be compensated.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses if Express Shipping is selected. Please provide a detailed address, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable.
Incorrect or Missing Address Information

Please provide accurate address details at checkout:

  • If there is an error or missing information, we may need to contact you to update delivery information, which may cause delays.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses if the information provided at checkout is inaccurate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges vary by country and are not covered by RegalDeskDeco.
